Abstract


Tissue repair material on the nature of the scaffolds have higher requirements . The electrospun nanofibers materials because of its bionic structure of natural tissue , is an ideal material for tissue repair . This topic using electrostatic spinning prepared tissue repair PLA film having a micro / nano -fiber structure , in order to improve the biocompatibility of the membrane , was added to the PLA having the biological activity of hydroxy - apatite ( HAP ) , collagen - Ⅰ (collagen-Ⅰ), electro-spun prepared the PLA / HAP, PLA / Col, PLA / Col / HAP composite nanofiber membrane . Research and analysis of the the four film composition , morphology , wettability , and mechanical properties of four membrane of the cell culture experiments . The results showed that , of HAP, Col successfully doped into the fiber, the microscopic morphology of the four film prepared preferably , the fiber diameter is less than 1 μm . HAP is added to improve the tensile strength of the fiber membrane , COL added although the result to reduce the mechanical properties of the fiber membranes , but the effective improvement of the wettability . Cell culture staining results also show that the cell in Col ingredients membrane growth is more dense and uniform . Electrospinning PLA nano- film preparation poor mechanical properties , in order to improve the mechanical strength of the The electrospinning film post-processing of the hot press , pressure both 500kPa , and set a constant temperature of 60 ° C , 85 ° C , 100 ° C , insulation 24h. The results showed that treatment increased the crystallinity of the fiber membrane , increasing the crosslinking points of the fiber , and electro-spinning the tensile strength of the film significantly improved , wherein 60 ℃ optimum heat treatment temperature , the tensile strength of the fiber membranes from 5.38 MPa increases to 24.45MPa. Higher than 85 ℃ higher temperature will result in the breaking elongation of the fiber membranes . Electrospun fiber morphology and structure largely influence and determine the function of electrospinning film , our dual nozzle of the positive and negative poles spinning the legal system prepared PLA / PCL the twisted spiral fibers and PLA / PEG beaded so special structure the biodegradable fibers. This particular structure is expected to expand the application of the the electrospinning material in tissue repair .
