Objective: To investigate the surgical anesthetic drug trials in patients agreed and its influencing factors . Methods: The survey of 230 patients met the inclusion criteria for patients by preoperative anesthesia drug trials relevant information and data univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis . Results: agree intraoperative anesthesia clinical trial of 143 cases , 87 cases do not agree . Factors affecting patients : fear of side effects ( P = 0.000 ) , and feel like guinea pigs (P = 0.000), ( P = 0.000 ) hospital trust , trust in the doctor's degree ( P = 0.000 ) , and the recommendations of others ( P = 0.024), the doctor's advice ( P = 0.000 ) , want to contribute to medical research ( P = 0.000 ) , and the benefit of others (P = 0.000), and to the benefit of their own ( P = 0.000 ) of treatment are not satisfied with ( P = 0.000), want more management and monitoring ( P = 0.000 ) , fear of being differential treatment ( P = 0.000 ) . Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors : feel like guinea pigs (P = 0.000, OR = 0.031), protective factors : the doctor's advice ( P = 0.018 , OR = 12.211 ) , and want more management and monitoring ( P = 0.008 , OR = 19.886). Conclusion: The protective intervention is necessary for these factors , so that patients will not feel like guinea pigs , agreed to participate in the trial , and to promote the development of Anesthesiology , for the benefit of more patients .
