Objective: To investigate the fatty liver, especially nonalcoholic fatty liver risk factors and clinical features. Methods: collected from March 2007 to September 2007, 207 cases of fatty liver patients hospitalized cases. Examination by the examination center of our hospital 100 cases of non-fatty liver were randomly selected as controls. 207 cases of fatty liver is divided into five groups of fatty liver alcoholic, non-alcoholic, hepatitis, drug-induced causes. Grouping of non-alcoholic fatty liver risk factors and clinical features. Results: 1 in 207 cases of fatty liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) 137 cases, accounting for 66.18%, alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) 40 cases, accounting for 19.32%, seen mainly in non-alcoholic fatty liver; followed by alcoholic fatty liver. The 2 distribution features: It can be seen nonalcoholic fatty distribution peak between the ages of 40-60. Female age distribution gradually increased, significantly higher than men after the age of 51, there is a significant difference, of χ ~~ 2 = 29.631, P <0.05. Was no significant difference in the gender distribution of the different ethnic fatty liver of χ ~~ 2 = 3.184, P = 0.074, P> 0.05.3 207 cases of fatty liver, liver ALT, AST abnormally elevated in 76 cases, accounting for 36.7% of the total. Comparing each group of NAFL group aminotransferase abnormalities is higher than the other four groups, the difference was significant, of χ ~~ 2 = 24.16, P = 0.00 4 207 cases of fatty liver and 100 cases of non-fatty liver control group, the distribution of cardiovascular disease comparison there are significant differences, χ ~ 2 = 38.84, P = 0.00. 5 in 137 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease-related factors, simple obesity fat liver up, non-alcoholic fatty liver the most common reason, followed for obesity accompanied by hyperlipidemia or diabetes. Nonalcoholic fatty liver triglycerides, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels were higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant, and high-density lipoprotein no difference between the two groups. Conclusion: 1, non-alcoholic fatty liver fatty liver and alcoholic fatty liver disease is more common. Fatty liver in patients with a high incidence of between 40 to 60 years of age, women age gradually increased, especially in older women after menopause, the distribution is significantly higher than the male. 3, the majority of fatty liver disease in patients with liver function tests are normal. Transaminase mildly elevated liver function change performance. 4, fatty liver is a good prognosis, but its concurrent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, coronary heart disease, often a threat to human health. 5, the three major risk factors for obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, nonalcoholic fatty liver, which is the most common obesity. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients is the existence of abnormal lipid metabolism, which elevated triglycerides.
