Therapeutic Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Liposome on Rats with Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

Abstract


Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of glycyrrhizin liposome nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) . Methods : 35 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups , each of 10 model group , the control group of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin liposome treatment group , given a high fat diet , another five normal diet rats as a normal group . Eight weeks after drug intervention : model group, saline 2.0ml/kg ; the control group glycyrrhizin injection (SNMC) 2.0ml/kg; treatment group compound glycyrrhizin liposome injection 2.0ml/kg , more than three groups are every other day, intraperitoneal injection , the normal group, not any drug intervention . All the rats were sacrificed after 16 weeks . Automatic biochemical analyzer serum ALT, AST and GGT levels , with reference to the February 2006 NAFLD diagnosis and treatment guidelines in the indexing of fatty liver and inflammation grade (NASH-F (0-4) G (0-3)) organization The Pathology standard quantitative scoring . Results: The three groups of high-fat diet animal 's body weight , liver index was significantly higher than that of the normal group , no significant difference between the three groups . Compared with the model group , treatment serum AST , GGT levels were significantly lower (P lt; 0.05 and P lt ; 0.01 ) , liver inflammation scoring significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; compared with the control group , the treatment of liver tissue inflammation score and serum GGT levels were significantly lower ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion: glycyrrhizin liposome on the high-fat diet - induced steatohepatitis in rats with a certain role in the prevention and treatment
