Abstract

Objective empirical use of antibiotics in nosocomial infections in the blood in patients analyzed to determine the efficacy and reasonable use of antibiotics to provide a reference for clinical experiential . 49 cases collected Hematology nosocomial infections immunocompromised patients , type and efficacy of the use of antibiotics in their empirical analysis. Results 49 patients , the nosocomial infections common parts of the respiratory tract ; empirical antibiotic selection in nosocomial infection still broad-spectrum antibiotics , including hydrocarbon enzyme alkenes accounted for 38% , 15% followed glycopeptide piperacillin tazobactam ( Tazocin ) accounted for 11% , a basic unanimously recommended the use of antibiotics , after treatment of 40 cases of clinical symptoms and signs improved or disappeared empirical use of antibiotics efficiency reached 81.6% . Among the 49 patients , neutrophil count lt ; 1.0 × 109 / L , accounting for 79.59% of patients , 49 cases and no case of infection -related deaths . Conclusions of the current empirical use of antibiotics is basically rational the antibiotic efficacy distribution with the bacteria , bacterial sensitivity to the drug - related , while paying attention to the the glycopeptide antibiotics resistant cocci forward as well as the emergence of multi-drug resistant bacteria .
