Abstract

Pressure composite stiffened plate structure stability problems more complex design department is still at home and abroad as a design buckling load allowable load . However, for composite stiffened panels, on the one hand many of the design manual also does not give a complete buckling curves and charts on the other hand , the buckling of stiffened composite panels does not mean destruction, the destruction of the structure can be more buckling load with load improved to some extent , that structure into the \At this time, the buckling load to limit structural stress becomes too conservative , it will be subject to certain \Therefore stiffened composite plates stability analysis carried out in the aerospace engineering field has important application value . This environment created in ABAQUS stiffened composite panels in axial compression buckling loads and post- buckling finite element analysis model . Buckling behavior using ABAQUS any original Buckle components analysis. Post-buckling performance algorithm used in Risk Analysis of post-buckling load capacity . Plate and shell elements used to establish ribs combine Hashin failure criteria for analysis. Between the ribs and the flat layer using an adhesive element combined with secondary nominal stress failure criterion for simulation. Meanwhile , the paper stiffened plates under axial compression after buckling analysis considers the skin between the ribs and the impact of the initial defect , combined with experimental data to verify the validity of the proposed model . This model can be used for post-buckling of stiffened composite panels bearing capacity analysis , to reduce the weight of the structure to provide a reference .
