Abstract

Objective: anatomical measurement method of the second and third gate of the main hepatic veins and short hepatic veins liver location, type, quantity, diameter and other parameters were observed and measured to the center for the clinical type of liver resection, caudate lobe tumor resection, resection of liver disease, liver transplant, living donor liver transplantation to provide anatomical basis for the acquisition. Methods: 60 adult cadavers, observe the following parameters: 1. Inferior vena cava (IVC) diameter changes in the liver and the posterior segment of the opening of relations with the hepatic vein; 2. Liver left, middle and right hepatic vein length, injected IVC diameter, and the angle between the falciform ligament; 3. third in the short hepatic portal vein (SHVs), respectively, into the inferior vena cava to the left wall, a front wall and the right wall, SHVs divided into left, three rows of the right to observe and measure SHVs number, position, diameter and its relationship with the major hepatic veins; 4 IVC posterior midline incision along the posterior segment of liver, measuring right hepatic vein (IRHV) caliber, location and extrahepatic itinerary. Results: Anatomical observations show: 1.IVC Retrohepatic diameter of the proximal segment (28.8 ± 1.12) mm, an inner diameter of the distal end (22.2 ± 1.05) mm, the liver left, the right hepatic vein after opening in the IVC segment 1/4 sections, which left hepatic, common trunk vein were 73% (44 cases), liver left, middle and right of the opening by 2 percent vein (one case), three were imported by 25% (15 cases), left hepatic vein openings highest, followed by hepatic vein, right hepatic vein minimum opening position; 2 left hepatic vein injection of IVC diameter is 7.1-18.1 (10.3 ± 1.9) mm, a length of 2.2-extrahepatic 17.9 (6.7 ± 1.3) mm, and the angle between the falciform ligament was 32.29 ± 11.23 °; hepatic vein injection of IVC diameter 6.9-18.9 (11.8 ± 2.3) mm, extrahepatic length 2.4-10.8 (5.4 ± 1.3 ) mm, and the angle between the falciform ligament was 43.04 ± 11.55 °; right hepatic vein injection of IVC diameter is 9.5-22.1 (13.7 ± 2.6) mm, extrahepatic length 2.6-11.8 (6.8 ± 1.5); 3.SHVs 3 ~ 35 支 from different directions and segments into IVC, having a diameter of 1.5-17.8 (5.4 ± 1.4) mm. Right hepatic vein diameter was negatively correlated with SHVs diameter, left hepatic vein diameter was positively correlated with the number SHVs. IRHV there was 83.3%, the average diameter of 2.6-8.0 (4.3 ± 1.2) mm, in liver, kidney pressure trace at the surface, the low opening position, with 1 ~ 2mm extrahepatic stroke, IRHV diameter size of the right hepatic vein was negative correlation. Conclusion: IVC bottom Xianxiang right front and the rear left after the top of the IVC to next hole, ditch the vena cava right convex bowing; IVC of the bend is relatively narrow area; liver left, veins are most common import 73% of IVC, liver left, middle and right vein, right hepatic vein diameter of the thickest, while the left hepatic vein extrahepatic longest. SHVs liver specimens of different changes, in most cases, by a small number of large diameter, small diameter by quantity. SHVs caliber, number and caliber of the main hepatic veins, the number of mutual compensation. Right hepatic vein diameter greater SHVs smaller diameter, the smaller the SHVs right hepatic vein diameter larger diameter. SHY left hepatic vein diameter greater the number the greater the number, the smaller the diameter of the left hepatic vein SHVs fewer number.
