Abstract


Computer Information Transactions , the new transactions bring enormous social and economic benefits , while also making the traditional law suffered a huge challenge . For the consumer , due to the virtual network , without borders , high-tech makes them facing more fraud in online transactions than traditional transaction error of the mean , false advertising , and operational errors . It is the existence of these problems has led to the need to protect consumers in the Computer Information Transactions . How earnestly safeguard the interests of consumers in the Computer Information Transactions environment , and cultivate consumer confidence is a key issue to promote the development of computer information transactions . Computer Information Transactions challenges posed by the protection of consumer rights as the starting point , fundamental rights be explored on how to recognize and protect the consumer in Computer Information Transactions mode , the text is divided into three parts .
