Abstract


When it was introduced to business and customer, Mobile Web Browsing was claimed to be expensive and unsuitable to browse the Internet. However, the emergence of mobile technology creates a new opportunity for marketplaces to expand it to be an alternative means to do business activity. Along with the social economy development,the mobile phone is poplar,And arrival of 3G,it is better suport of applying mobile technology in business activity.3G is new generation of mobile communication system, it is union of the wireless correspondence and the internet and so on the multimedia correspondence. It can process the image, music, the video flows and so on many kinds of media, provides the web browsing, the teleconference, electronic commerce and so on the multiple message service.Along with the development and people’s universal approval of Mobile Commerce , the WAP Bookstore application has the extremely broad prospect in information service system.The purpose of this study is develop WAP Bookstore application using WAP2.0 protocol.User can browers books of bookstore using mobile phone. through visits Web Service which the Amazon website provides to obtain the Amazon’s library catalog, and realizes one Web Service.The study includes design and development of WAP bookstore,the principles of Web Service ,the design of system consruction and user interface design.For the development, the System Development Life Cycle conceptual model (SDLC) that describes the stages involved is used. The detailed study of the business needs and business process requirements is presented in high-level design, low-level design, interface design and object persistence design. In the high-level design, the thought about mobile payment processing and its on-line counterpart are discussed to give an insight into possible future avenue towards mobile payment processing. The implementation presents new development of wireless application that has possibilities to significantly impact marketplaces and businesses. It was found that a wide range of technology to develop wireless application for M-marketplaces is available to be exploited. Finally, implemet WAP Bookstore Application.
