Abstract


In 1998, the formation of the two oil groups , to create China's refined oil market competition in the new pattern of China's accession to WTO, the domestic refined oil market wholesale and retail business gradually opening up the oil market competition further intensified . In recent years , China's Sinopec to expand the terminal market in order to increase market share, superfluous laborers in order to improve performance , management system reform , promote information technology and other aspects of unremitting efforts, the company's logistics management has also undergone a fundamental change , development and growth of enterprises to provide a strong guarantee , but there are also some disadvantages and problems. In this paper, Sinopec HN Branch as the background to the development of the logistics system and the object of study , the use of logistics and management theory, comparative analysis and empirical analysis of the combination , the HN Petroleum Branch logistics optimization strategies were studied.
