Abstract


Derrick crane , ride lifting equipment under various operating load as an important part of the oil rig , for the placement , derrick design and structural analysis has been an important research topic of petroleum machinery . At home and abroad derrick , a comparative analysis of similar products , a comprehensive analysis of the product design requirements , completed the ZJ50/3150LDB derrick design and determine the basic parameters of the derrick , materials, the overall structure type derrick structure and derrick manufacturing process requirements. Secondly, based on ANSYS software to study the application of the finite element simulation in ZJ50/3150LDB derrick structure analysis . Derrick load and stress analysis derrick finite element analysis model , finite element simulation of four typical operating conditions of the derrick static conditions , and strength check and optimize the design according to the simulation results ; finite Element Analysis of the derrick l Renzi Jia from different lifting angular position and lifting up strength , strength checking and optimize the design of the derrick ; derrick stability calculation model , the limited element simulation analysis, research derrick stability of critical load . Finally, according to the derrick design analysis and finite element simulation analysis drawn ZJ50/3150LDB derrick design is reasonable, safe and reliable conclusion .
