Abstract


The information transmission state of the rotating machinery is an important topic in the industry , it can be used for real-time monitoring of rotating machinery variety of dynamic parameters , as well as some rotating machinery dedicated to the collection of information to provide a means of information transmission . The system utilizes the dynamic data is sampled and the optical transmission unit in the rotary movement of the mechanical surface mounted on the rotary shaft fixed point outside the fixing unit for the reception and forwarding of the optical information . The thesis of this single point of emission , single point of receiving transient burst of short-range wireless optical communication programs have been studied and developed a practical prototype . Papers according to the the LED luminous distribution model , analysis of the different LED emission mode , designed dual LED light emission program . Spent optical receiver decision threshold can be adaptively adjusted so that the light receiver can establish a communication link in certain bits of the time , and achieve a correct judgment of changing the optical signal amplitude . Thesis work in the design of the optical transmission of the data frame structure and optical channel coding , the use of bit error rate formula of the decision threshold discuss the design principles of the burst fast fading channel optical channel coding . MCU and PC-side of the paper work error correction mechanism , and designed the optical information error detection program running on the PC and visual data display program . Thesis work developed prototype realization of the samples 100 to 6000rpm speed rotating machinery on the road information , per -channel data in the DPS 800 12bit sampling , and sampling data in a transient burst mode the light transmission , the transmission error rate of less than 10 -9 . The research various online experiment with real-time monitoring of rotating machinery provides a practical parameters of an effective means of acquisition and transmission , wireless optical communication method in transient burst mode at the same time is also a successful practice .
