Abstract

The existing Waste Liquor Treatment Technology for alcohol fermentation industry, equipment investment, high energy consumption and running prominent shortcomings, corn flour as raw material, dual enzymatic sugar, self-flocculating yeast alcohol continuous fermentation system coupled with the spent grain the liquid direct full cycle using clean production technologies, continuous ethanol fermentation system experimental series single-stage suspended bed bioreactor and four small suspended bed reactor, collation and analysis of relevant data, in order to promote this clean Production further in the actual production to be widely applied. First, the self-flocculating yeast alcohol continuous fermentation comparative experiments carried out in a single-stage suspended bed bioreactor. Experimental results show that: the dilution rate (per unit time into the fermenter sugar volume flow fermenter volume ratio) 0.05h -1 Waste Liquor full cycling conditions, the device to stabilize state, alcohol, residual reducing sugars, inorganic phosphate, inorganic nitrogen, protein, and the total solid concentration stabilized at 9.4% (v / v), 26.0g / L and 11.0g / L, 3.36g / L, 0.136g / L and 85g / L or so, the alcohol concentration in the control group or less, but the residual reducing sugar, inorganic phosphorus, and total solids in the early stages of waste stillage recycling accumulation, but stabilized with the extension of the running time, The theoretical prediction of the mass balance model. As the the Waste Liquor direct full cycle increased use of the system buffer, used to adjust the pH of ammonia consumption is reduced lower than the control group, the results of monitoring of inorganic nitrogen in the fermentation broth. On this basis, the analog industrialized production apparatus process, the establishment of a system of four small suspended bed reactor in series continuous ethanol fermentation. Under the conditions of the whole cycle of waste liquid, Study on the stability of the four-month run. Dilution rate of 0.05h -1 , the the medium initial sugar concentration of 220g / L under the conditions, the average alcohol concentration of 11.7% (v / v), average final stage fermenter reduce the residual reducing sugar is 7.2g / L glucose almost completely consumed, in line with the requirements of industrial production, the system is stable, and laid the foundation for self-flocculating yeast alcohol fermentation process coupled Waste Liquor full recycling industrial application of cleaner production technologies. Meanwhile, the use of experimental effluent collection, the yeast after the falling film was concentrated batch cultures of 11 different conditions and fermentation experiments showed that when the high-boiling byproducts overall concentration exceeds a certain value will inhibit the growth of yeast and fermentation . In the device during operation, tracking quantitative determination of glycerol, lactic acid, pyruvic acid and succinic acid are four main yeast alcohol fermentation process high boiling metabolic byproducts / intermediate, the experimental results show that, these substances did not accumulation phenomenon therefore inferred that these substances are not may become a direct wholly Waste Liquor recycling conditions, since the flocculating yeast growth and alcoholic fermentation inhibitory byproducts.
