Abstract


Cost of Communications project is the main part of the cost of Communication Engineering Construction Enterprise.Cost control can bring enterprise greate profit,which is the only way can make enterprise more competitive in today’s market.Communications project cost management system is composed of several components such as cost forecasting,cost decision-making,cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost-examination.Every taches of the communications project cost management system have mutual contacts and interactions.This paper arms at improving the control level of communication enterprise cost management and the economic efficiency of the commnunication projects.After deep research,the author obtains several ways in every stage of cost management and develops a B/S based commnunication project cost management system.Initially,this paper analyse the lacks of the traditional communications project cost control methods.Then paper focuses on the decomposition processes,which can effictively compensate for the lack of cost-control method.Then the Browse/Server mode based communication project cost management system is introduced.The paper gives the detail analysis and design process of the system.Case shows that the communication project,cost management system can effectively improve the work efficiency.Through the research of this thesis,I believe that the communication project cost management system can enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises,and promote the development of enterprises.
