Abstract

Biodiesel as an extremely promising bio-energy , more and more attention of the world , and vigorously development . The byproduct glycerol large amount makes the depth of the development of the glycerol has become people 's focus on the object of study . This article was prepared the KF / chitin supported solid base catalysts for the synthesis of biodiesel and glycerin , the optimization of the the Catalyst and glycerol preparation of dihydroxyacetone process conditions , and Zn as additives copper chromite catalyst modification prepared by co-precipitation three-component copper chromite catalyst by XRD and SEM characterization were characterized by means of a solid base and dehydration catalyst , the main factors of the effects of glycerol in the role of copper - chromium catalyst preparation of dihydroxyacetone The optimal reaction conditions . The results of the following three aspects : 1. Prepared the KF / chitin solid alkali catalyst and used for the synthesis of bio-diesel . Catalyst characterization results show that : KF load on chitin . The response surface method to optimize the preparation conditions of the catalyst : KF loading of 38% , the activation temperature of 210 ° C , the aging time of 4 h the biodiesel yield up to 97.4% when . Preparation Zn - modified copper chromite catalyst and used for conversion of glycerol to dihydroxyacetone reaction , the catalyst prepared were characterized . Zn is introduced can effectively inhibit the deactivation of the copper chromite catalyst , and to enhance its catalytic activity and to prolong the service life ; auxiliaries Zn content is 10% , the calcining temperature is under 350 ℃ , the amount of catalyst was 4% , the reaction temperature was 220 ° C. , reaction degree of vacuum is depressurized to -0.075 MPa conditions , the selectivity of hydroxyacetone can be up to 88.9%. 3 Preparation of the six different three-component copper - chromium catalyst and preparing dihydroxyacetone for glycerol . Of the prepared catalysts were characterized . The results showed that the Dana Mi level of the catalyst particle size and dispersed uniformly , good catalytic activity and stability ; best three component copper - chromium catalyst is a Cu - Cr -Zn , Cu / Cr / Zn ratio to 1:1:0.5 precipitation temperature of 70 ℃, precipitation pH value of 8.0 , the calcination temperature of 400 ° C .
