Abstract


Folium syringae is the dry leave of Syringa oblata Lindl and Syringa dilatata Nakai and Syringa vulgaris L., it belongs to Syringa of Oleaceae. As the main material, Folium syringae capsule and tablet have been used to treating infectious diseases for many years. Syringopicroside is the one of effective components in Folium syringae, it is high content and antibiotic.Folium syringae patch is a type of modern transdermal delivery system. It is extracted from Folium syringae and made with scientific methods. Syringopicroside is the index component.In this thesis, some researches were studied.①The physicochemical properties of the extract of Folium syringae and syringopicroside were analyzed. It can be used to predict its permeability.②The forming process of patch was studied. The type of patch was adhesive dispersion type TTS. Penetration enhancers were selected with modified Franz diffusion cell.③The quality control was determined, including characters、ointment content、adhesiveness、weight variation of patch, and the test of content determination、in vitro release、stability and skin toxicity.In summary, the forming process and quality control of patch met the standard. The result indicated that this dosage form had advantages of sustained-release、long-acting、convenient administration. So the patch has a promising clinical future.
