In this paper, preliminary study of the olive polyphenol components, such as tyrosol and Purification Technology. Crude olive polyphenol in raw materials,the application of alumina and silica gel adsorption column chromatography separation methods such as extraction of separation and purification, preparation to tyrosol diversity represented by phenolic compounds. Isolated compounds tyrosol and another monomer (structure to be identified). Determination of purity by HPLC were 85.81% and 89.62%.Using aqueous solution as the extraetant, investigated the influent factors of extraction rate by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Tyrosol in this experiment for the standard to HPLC method for the determination, through the static and dynamic adsorption and desorption studies, screening to determine the most suitable for separation and enrichment of the olive polyphenol macroporous resin models. The experimental results show that:By macroporous resin adsorption and desorption of the comprehensive study, six kinds of resin selected in the LSF-500 macroporous resin adsorption and desorption properties have shown good performance can be regarded as olive polyphenol adsorption separation of the resin material
