Abstract


With the globalization of the economy , improve the international competitiveness of countries , especially in developing countries , the strategic objectives . From the perspective of industrial development , the technology is a source of international competitiveness . Independent R \u0026 D is relatively large uncertainties , so many companies are involved in R \u0026 D cooperation , expect to improve the technical capacity , as indicated in the cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises through R \u0026 D cooperation . Practice , the the longitudinal R \u0026 D cooperation is a very important research and development cooperation, but in the field of research , it does not cause too much concern . Four the longitudinal R \u0026 D cooperation situations for different vertical market structure , analysis of the impact on the formation of vertical R \u0026 D cooperation between enterprises of different market structures . In this paper, starting from the point of view of the market structure to study the impact of market structure in the vertical R \u0026 D cooperation .
