Abstract


The efficiency of the allocation of financial resources is the allocation of financial resources to achieve Pareto optimal state financial resources as the core issue of the allocation of resources , allocative efficiency related to other economic efficiency of resource allocation . Therefore, a country or a region's financial efficiency of resource allocation is essential for the economy as a whole in terms of the efficiency of resource allocation . With the deepening of CEPA and the acceleration of the process of financial integration of Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou , the Pearl River Delta region , including Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou , the financial industry will face a new opportunity , as a core financial city of Hong Kong , Shenzhen, Guangzhou 's financial industry will appear re- division of labor and integration trends . Differences in the status quo in Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou financial resource endowments , calculated on the Hong Kong and Shenzhen Sui financial efficiency of resource allocation and improve the allocative efficiency by optimizing the configuration , thus enhancing the financial strength of radiation throughout the Pan-Pearl River Delta , Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper tries to learn from the empirical research on the theory of financial resources and the efficiency of resource allocation theory and practice , the efficiency of allocation of financial resources on the Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou . Describe and compare the Hong Kong - Shenzhen-Guangzhou Financial Resources , the use of the calculation model based on data envelopment analysis ( DEA ) C to 2R model , SDEA model , Malmquist index decomposition model efficiency estimates from 1996 to 2006 in Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou places the financial efficiency of resource allocation and changes , and from the in-depth comparative analysis of static and dynamic dual perspective on the financial efficiency of resource allocation in Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou . Meanwhile , from the point of view of both macro and micro factors that affect the efficiency of the allocation of qualitative and quantitative research , and on the basis of the empirical results , to improve the efficiency of allocation of financial resources in Hong Kong , Shenzhen and Guangzhou positioning of financial functions and policy recommendations .
