Abstract


At present , the development of enterprises in China basically followed the traditional development mode characterized by extensive operation to consume a lot of resources and energy , inefficient energy consumption , energy waste is very serious , so the increased costs of the enterprise , which is not conducive to the improvement of corporate performance and sustainable development , and the destruction of the environment, endanger the sustainable development of the national economy . The context is an urgent need to focus on and solve the energy problems of the economy and the environment , the need to reduce energy consumption - based thinking to build enterprise performance evaluation system , so that enterprises should not only focus on internal efficiency and emphasis on the social contribution and environmental protection performance . In this paper, on the basis of Enterprise Performance Evaluation for comment , first the concept of corporate performance and corporate energy consumption defined, then the use of low-cost strategy concept internalize external costs concept of stakeholder theory and system concept to demonstrate enterprise energy consumption to reduce the effect on corporate performance , pointed out that the enterprises to reduce energy consumption to contribute to business performance improvement . On this basis , the industrial enterprises as the main object of study, based on a reduction in energy consumption ideas , from the economic performance of the enterprise and corporate interests were satisfied with the sense of the two aspects to build , including a financial indicators and non- financial indicators , qualitative indicators quantitative indicators , focusing on the sustainable development of enterprises performance evaluation system .
