Abstract


Guiding concept of justice and benefit the commercial activity, business ethics are an integral part of the core. Confucius as the main representative of the pre-Qin Confucian classic "just to make a profit" and "justice system benefit" of thought, the Confucian concept of justice and benefit are the core content, which are derived from the "see justice Leith", "check has the meaning","just after the first benefit," "re-li-yi light" and so will constitute a Confucian thought" concept of justice and benefit, "the basic content. "Concept of justice and benefit," with honest and trustworthy, fair and equitable, blending the principles of mutual benefit will gradually become the traditional Chinese business practices and implement the guiding ideology of the whole process of commercial activity. Believe in being honest and trustworthy in the harmonious coexistence of the current Chinese society, the pre-Qin Confucian "concept of justice and benefit" of our country thought the ethical value system of modern commercial architecture of the high theoretical value and practical significance.Since reform and opening up from our country, and vigorously promote and improve the market economy as the mainstay of economic reform, the reform process, are always surrounded by the market economic system itself, and do not have the relevant supporting policies and regulations related to the establishment and improvement of, leading to economic development in the market at the same time, accompanied by various non-standard business practices and unlawful, unfair justice, honesty, mutual benefit, such as the basic law of business is tantamount to nothingness, our construction of a harmonious socialist society at the same time not only to implement the rule of law, but also the implementation of the rule of virtue. Use to a market economy on the run, but also want to combine the rule of law and the rule of virtue, the so-called rule of virtue ethics is to set up business, promotion, implementation and improvement.
