As China's economy continues to develop , the growing urban water supply and demand , water shortage has become an important factor restricting urban development . Secondary effluent of the city as a renewable resource is an effective way to solve this problem . Thus, for urban wastewater treatment technology research is very necessary. In this paper, by ultrafiltration as the core of fine filter - activated carbon - fine filtration - ultrafiltration (MCM-UF), fine filter - activated carbon - ultrafiltration (MC-UF), fine filtration - ultrafiltration (M-UF) and coagulation precipitation - four combinations of ultrafiltration technology of application of urban wastewater treatment pilot study examining different ultrafiltration pretreatment running performance, and conducted four combinations of process water reuse feasibility analysis . The results showed that: four kinds of UF combined process have good turbidity removal and sterilization of the four process effluent turbidity are <1.5 NTU, removal rate above 80% . UF for organics, heavy metals removal have some effect on TN, NH 3 -N hardly removed . In the removal of endocrine disruptors during the test found the removal of MCM- ultrafiltration process works best for dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diethyl phthalate (DEP) , the average removal rates were 54.2 % , 52.5% . Through four pretreatment effluent quality , operating results and the analysis of the economic costs can be drawn : MCM process effluent quality is better, but higher operating costs , poor performance ; coagulation and sedimentation process effluent quality slightly worse than the MCM technology, but higher than the MC process and M processes , and lower operating costs , water more stable, so it is more affordable pretreatment . In the ultrafiltration membrane chemical cleaning process , respectively, using NaOH (pH = 12) solution , citric acid (pH = 4) solution , NaClO (0.1%) solution for cleaning , the results show that , NaClO optimal cleaning effect , a concentration of 0.15% when flux restored to its original 90%.
