Abstract


Biogas slurry back to the process to avoid alcohol distillery waste biological treatment of secondary pollution , and can save a lot of water . The biogas can be used as fuel in the anaerobic biological treatment process outputs , reducing the energy input into the process of alcohol production . Get rid of the aerobic biological treatment portion of the alcohol distillery waste treatment costs have fallen dramatically , thus saving the cost of production of alcohol . This paper studies the biogas production water reuse , saccharification, liquefaction and fermentation process , found no inhibitory effect . Full saccharification liquid ingredients of water to biogas as a substrate for the determination of the growth curve of the yeast , yeast in balance reached 1.24 × 10 ~ 8 / ml , on the still water than tap water ingredients 1.01 × 10 8 / ml more than 22.8% . Under the same fermentation conditions , the the biogas kind of residual total sugar and reducing sugar residue were 1.97% and 0.32 % , 3.78% and 2.07% water kind of residual total sugar and reducing sugar residue , the residue of the former than the latter sugar were reduced by 50.8% and 84.5% , showing a strong role in promoting . The glucoamylase in two portions , the final residual reducing sugar and total residual sugar content higher than the control sample was added in one glucoamylase . The addition of urea a significant role in promoting fermentation , significantly accelerated the rate of fermentation . With the increase in the amount of urea addition , the difference in fermentation rate between the different ingredients of water disappears. Contribute little to reduce the final residual total sugar . OK tap Ingredients Water optimum addition amount of 0.3% , which biogas is best added as a 0.1% Ingredients Water .
