Abstract


Production and use of environmentally friendly ultra- low-sulfur , zero-emission clean fuel is the general trend of the development of the World Clean Fuels , which makes conventional hydrodesulfurization process is facing great challenges . Photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization process because of its mild reaction conditions , low operating costs , can achieve deep desulfurization characteristics , is expected to be the hydrodesulfurization beneficial alternative and complementary process . Tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, montmorillonite prepared by sol - gel as a carrier , the pillared photocatalyst . With N 2 < / sub> - sorption , XRD , TEM , FT - IR , UV- Vis Test levy means photocatalyst titanium column support structure characterization , effects of titanium pillaring agent addition and heat treatment temperature the microscopic structure and activity of the pillared photocatalyst . Homemade photocatalytic reactor , and support in the preparation of titanium column material as a photocatalyst , select acetonitrile as the extraction solvent to oxygen as the oxygen source , ultraviolet light to carry out the experimental study of the photocatalytic oxidation of model gasoline deep desulfurization study of titanium pillared light photocatalytic activity and the impact of photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization various factors . The reaction temperature was 25 ° C , optical catalyst is added in an amount of 1g / L , oxygen gas velocity of 800ml/min reaction for 6 hours under the conditions of simulated gasoline sulfur content is reduced to about 10ppm by 400ppm . The pillared photocatalyst showed very good photocatalytic activity photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization process can achieve deep desulfurization purpose .
