Abstract


Purified water systems as the key equipment of the water for pharmaceutical companies prepared its stable and reliable operation is necessary to ensure purified water quality . This thesis is based on comprehensive analysis of purified water preparation technology and facilities engineering development practices, and summarized the pure water system engineering development should pay attention to the problem and the technical means to solve such problems . Engineering development using the most advanced electric deionized (EDI) technology and devices , and user requirements of engineering - oriented development philosophy from the conceptual design of the pure water system , the process to determine the detailed design, fabrication and installation of equipment , debugging and running implement the idea of the whole process of verification and verification ; engineering practice , for example , purified water system that developed in this paper , to avoid the regeneration of ion exchange systems require large amounts of acid and base to solve the traditional system , through the system from the circulation discontinuous run lead the health corners and microbial control problem , the chemicals in the water , microorganisms effectively prolapse ; development process , with the user to complete the water system engineering design confirmation ( DQ ) , installation the confirmation ( IQ ) , Operational Qualification ( OQ), verify that the project of the factory the acceptance inspection test (FAT) and site acceptance inspection test (SAT) , available to the user document files . The stability of the system after more than 30 days of operation , the user confirmation achieve the design requirements of the project . The engineering development concept set forth herein , pharmaceutical companies with liquid systems and cleaning systems engineering development of the project , there is a certain reference value .
