Abstract


In this paper, the freeze-dried injection production line was designed. It’s annual output was increased to 35,000,000 from 13,000,000 through design of process and equipment layout of cleaning room, design of air-conditioning and cleaning stream and facility selection, optimization of injection water system, facility selection of the production line and solution of the cooling water system.The process and equipment layout was designed according to the production manufacture theory and GMP requirement. The new layout of the production line was arranged associated with the former, which attended to that the process flow accorded with the demands and the stream of people and flow of goods were reasonable after the new production line and the former had been used together; Clean-air system was designed with the calculation of volume, cooling and thermal load and the selection of air-conditioning which provided suitable number of air exchange, dust particles and microorganism, suitable temperature, humidity and pressure differential; Injection water system was optimized through the addition of reverse osmosis treatment which decreased the number of ions in cooling water. The mode of distribution of injection water was changed from one-way transmission to circulate transmission by heat storage and heat distribution, and the choice of various sanitary installation and pipeline guaranteed the quality of injection water to every water user; The production facilities had been selected according with the demand of GMP, and the problem of cooling water of freeze-dryer and air-conditioning system was solved through the introducing of air-cooled screw compresser water chiller units.After the expand production and reforming of the freeze-dried injection production line, the former seriously problem of dislocation between production and marketing was solved and the market occupation ratio of products of high additional value was increased, which laied a solid foundation for that the new goods of the enterprise occupied the market and could obtain the maxmum return for the enterprise.
