Abstract


The liquid diffusion plays an important role in the study of chemistry, chemical engineering , and related disciplines and theoretical studies on the experimental determination of the diffusion coefficient , which has a universal value . In addition , the experimental data on the diffusion coefficient of the liquid phase is still lacking . The main raw material for polyester production of purified terephthalic acid referred to of PTA , PTA production technology level of direct impact on the development of the polyester industry , PTA production to develop new processes or upgrading existing equipment and processes , we must have relevant material property data of the Department of the PTA production process . Due to the technological monopoly reasons , none of all these data published in the open publication , To this end , according to the requirements of the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation , measured the diffusion coefficient of the PTA production process system . Paper diaphragm cell method for the determination of o, m , xylene and acetic acid system binary liquid phase diffusion coefficient experimental basic research . Designed and rebuilt a metal diaphragm cell method for the determination of binary diffusion coefficient between experimental device on the basis of previous studies ; aqueous potassium chloride membrane cell constant was measured as a standard system with acetic acid - aqueous systems reliable testing device sex . Determination of the temperature of the 298.15-343.15K o, m, p- xylene and acetic acid binary mixed solution of the integral diffusion coefficient , and so to calculate the respective differential diffusion coefficients , and the association . PTA production engineering to provide part of the basis of reliable data . Japanese Density / Specific Gravity Meter DA-505 -type U-tube vibration densimeter and Ubbelohde viscosity meter corresponding density and viscosity of the system , and these data correlation and calculation were used at atmospheric pressure .
