Abstract


Using‘Tianjin Ruijing Residential Area’as the case studies, this paper tries to explore the way to enhance the living quality of urban citizens. Therefore, it develops by two parts, that is, the means of creating environment residential area and the significance for building it. Nowadays, the process of the human civilization is subject to accelerate with development of scientific technology and social productive force. Hence, we may give priority to protecting environment. What is more, we should make great efforts to build an environment which encapsulates the elements of comfort, convenience, safety and aesthetics.Exploring‘Environment Area’aims to protecting ecosystem and creating sustainable development. To reach the harmony with natural environment, human environment, material aspect of civilization and spiritual aspect of civilization, and creating ideal sustainable urban residential area,‘Environment Area’applies to regulating the relationship between the ecosystem component and the ecosystem.We have to admit that building‘Environment Area’is a complicated, high-tech and time- consuming task.‘Environment Area’may be based on multi-aspects from planning design, ecosystem protecting, to low or even no pollution approach. And the key goal is to achieving sustainable development. However, China is threatening by the Environment problem which is exacerbating according to the accelerating economic development. Consequently, it is necessary to carrying out‘Green policy’in the processing of reaching sustainable development.What is more, the construction of‘Environment Area’can hardly be successful without the support from policies. Meanwhile, it should be aware that promoting and participating‘Environment Area’construction is the responsibility of our every modern developers.
