Current water supply pipe network industries widespread phenomenon of high leakage rate not only affect the economic efficiency and long-term water supply enterprise development, but also reflects certain basic water supply enterprise management measures ineffective , the problem of lax regime . Water leakage caused by many reasons , and the interaction of technology through the pipe network analysis and management experience from water leakage causes identified , propose appropriate solutions , companies take the initiative to strengthen water leak , leak governance , reduce leakage , with a more great practical significance. In this paper, since 2002, TEDA water leakage data , pipeline leak excavation and pipe construction site carried out a detailed survey and record data collation of statistics . Through a lot of data and field survey data, the water leakage current zone status has been further analyzed , summarized water leakage mainly due to: pipeline construction and installation ; pipeline corrosion and fouling formation aging effects ; regulating structures the leakage causes ; especially pipes and fittings as well as the quality of the season due to different periods of water leakage . Combined with the actual situation raises a reference , feasibility and ease of leakage prevention and control measures , including the following four aspects : the establishment of leak detection team, strengthen leakage census ; refurbishment and replacement of old pipes ; ensure construction and installation quality and pipeline safety ; work out a new pipeline embalmed. Leaking pipe network has become the biggest factor in water wastage , leakage problem solving pipe network is an important way to save water , but also alleviate the current water supply and demand is an important measure .
