Abstract


Under the background in the industry structure adjustment, the competitive advantages of enterprises, mainly rely on enterprise development strategy and formulation. From the chemical fiber industry structure adjustment, the enterprise from the specific conditions, through the analysis of baoding swan chemical group Co., LTD and internal and external environment of the group company, the development strategy of the selection and analysis. On the analysis of the PEST use analysis method, the method of SWOT analysis, Potter "five" analysis model and theoretical analysis method is normative tools, in full analysis of national macro environment and trade environment, combining Baoding Swan chemical group Co., LTD. Its actual situation and existing problems of enterprise development goals and development strategy and implement strategies were studied. Through the study, the adjustment of industrial structure to compensate for chemical fiber industry under the background of the concrete enterprise development strategy research, aiming at the blank of the state-owned industries purdah to explore an effective medium enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise, provides a good for similar ideas.
