Abstract


Water is important to maintain the survival and development of human society based on the total amount of very limited resources . As China 's economic and social development , the production and life of the demand and pressure on water resources is increasing . Currently there are varying degrees of water shortage in most parts of China , and a fairly sharp contradiction between supply and demand in some areas , the long - term deterioration of water environment can not be effectively resolved . In the face of severe water problem , raise the level of the local water resources management and decision-making through advanced technology is one of the effective measures to solve the water crisis . As a practical decision support tool , water resource management , decision support systems can assist decision makers face complex water resources management decision-making problems as more scientific and correct judgment . Actual Hengshui City water resources management as the background as a development tool , Visual Basic and Microsoft Access development based on the database, model base , method base , knowledge base , and has a friendly man-machine interface , Hengshui City, water resources management decision support system . Established Hengshui City, water resource management infrastructure database , complete data entry , query , modify, print , and other functions ; focusing on research and development of the core components of the system - the model library , the model in accordance with the target model library functional classification are discussed , including the balance of supply and demand forecasts, optimize the allocation of five categories of Hengshui Lake water water quality modeling , water quality assessment and hydrologic analysis model ; preliminary study method library and knowledge base construction ; Finally, on the Application of MAPGIS Surfer software secondary development function of the expansion of the integrated implementation system . The decision support system development need for the actual management of Hengshui City , technically feasible , and is bound to contribute to the sustainable management of water resources of Hengshui City .
