Abstract

In recent years, due to the importance of the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems, the \Many cities are buses, taxis and other public transport vehicles converted into LPG and other clean energy vehicles. At the same time, in order to meet the LPG vehicle filling needs, the construction of LPG filling stations are also flourishing under way. The current layout of LPG filling stations to consider safety and market demand, and with the increasing number of filling stations, this layout is very obvious defects. Filling stations and the layout of the site is no longer a single transport facilities layout problem, the layout is reasonable or not will seriously affect the operation of LPG filling network, smooth urban road traffic as well as the overall economic benefits of filling stations. How to use scientific theory to guide optimize the layout of the stations for filling stations planning managers and designers are urgent problems. In this paper, the development status of LPG filling stations at home and abroad research from favor urban road traffic point of view, in-depth analysis of the factors that affect the city LPG filling stations location proposed scientific, systematic and comprehensive perspective, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculated combining method of filling stations to optimize the location. The same time, on the basis of the practical problems arising in the planning and construction of LPG filling stations, the use of a method of combining theoretical research and practical applications for system analysis to optimize the layout of the city of LPG auto refueling stations location issues useful exploration of LPG filling stations layout planning methods and evaluation techniques. This thesis is focused on detailed and in-depth research in the following aspects: (1) on the basis of full investigation and development of LPG filling stations and in-depth analysis of the filling stations in the layout of the site selection factors and principles proposed to meet the balance of supply and demand and beneficial to the city traffic and layout of the site to meet the security requirements for the purpose of access to the overall economic benefits. (2) use of scientific theory to describe the development of LPG vehicles, and to establish regression forecasting model GM (1,1) model to predict the future years LPG refilling demand, while filling behavior of LPG users, analysis of LPG The aerated demand distribution. (3) The size of the overall number of LPG filling stations of the city is the basis of the optimal location. To establish the number of LPG filling stations and scale optimal allocation model based on the supply and demand balance and the overall economic benefits of the best two, and the the quantitative filling stations in scale with the number of constraints. (4) According to the form of of aerated demand distribution and urban transport network by dividing reasonable aerated serving cell, the gravity method, goal planning and other methods, the balanced distribution of LPG filling stations on the network to determine a specific increase gas station alternative site program. (5) from conducive to urban transport, to improve the overall effectiveness of the system of filling stations and security considerations, to explore the method of filling stations to optimize site program evaluation, and the evaluation and calculation mode. (6) Guangzhou development of LPG filling stations, the use of the research methods optimized analysis concluded available for the Government's consideration.
