Abstract


With the social and economic development of our country in recent years , increasing private car ownership , the development of settlements Parking has become one of the important factors to measure the quality of the living environment of settlements . In the case of increasing the level of our city motorized , without settlements parking problems deep reflection and exploration , parking problems may become a \Settlements , will also make the living environment continued to deteriorate. Therefore should be fully aware of the importance to solve the good settlements parking problem , explore reasonable and effective the parking countermeasures system . The paper first analyzes the cause of a number of factors, and settlements of promoting the development of our car parking problems , and summed up by a review of Western countries, some of the parking problems of urban settlements planning theory and practice , the revelation of these theories are the parking problems . Followed by paper Tianjin Settlements field research and data collection and sorting, and to identify the Tianjin settlements exist in the parking problems and the causes of a certain depth profiling .
