Abstract


Acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase) is a key enzyme in fatty acid biosynthesis in plants can catalyze acetyl coenzyme A generate malonyl single acyl coenzyme A , an important role in one of the target herbicide . Aryl oxyphenoxy acid esters (APP ) compound is a kind of ACCase inhibitors , are widely used in broad - leaved crops postemergence control of annual or perennial weeds . The papers according to the literature , the use of the principle of bioisosteric , pyrimidine ring and pyrimidine , and triazole ring introduced APP compounds in the molecular structure , and by changing the pyrimidine ring and pyrimidine , and triazole ring substituents want good biological active compounds. The specific contents are as follows : as raw material (1) , diethyl malonate with amidino synthesized the new APP based compound containing a pyrimidine ring 48 , and its molecular structure was confirmed through NMR, MS, IR , and the structural formula is as follows : (2) containing the position of the substituted amino pyrimidine compound nitrosated and the compound containing an amino group which may be substituted pyrimidine synthesis methods are discussed introduction of the APP compounds . (3) 4,6 - dichloro - 5 - amino- pyrimidine as raw material , synthetic the APP based compound containing pyrimidine , and triazole ring 16 , and its molecular structure was confirmed through NMR, MS, IR , etc. , and structural formula as follows : (4) the compound synthesized in the herbicidal activity tests , the test results show that : the synthesis containing the pyrimidine ring and pyrimidine , and triazole ring aryloxy phenoxy propionic acid ester derivatives of rape, barnyardgrass rhizomes there is a certain extent of inhibition of root better than on stems inhibition ; overall , pyrimidine and triazole rings introduced introduced than the pyrimidine ring can enhance the herbicidal activity , the value of continuing research .
