Abstract


Objective: To observe Xiaxi oral liquid spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) blood pressure , vascular cell adhesion molecule -1 (VCAM-1) expression , and to explore its mechanism of action . Method : 30 12 -week-old male SHR were randomly divided into the SHR blank group, the summer knee oral solution group , irbesartan group ( n = 10 ) , and select the 10 -week-old WKY rats served as a control group . ( 1 ) using the the tail arterial pulse measurement administration , administered two weeks , administered four weeks , administration , six weeks , eight weeks of administration , all the rats' blood pressure . ② Determination of glomerular VCAM-1 expression by immunohistochemistry method , take the rats abdominal aortic doing tissue sections , HE staining , morphological changes of their organization in the light microscope . Results: ① in each treatment group have lower blood pressure in SHR role , compared with SHR blank Xiaxi oral liquid group a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) in the 4 weeks after administration , administration eight weeks after the highly significant difference (P <0.01), irbesartan group from 2 weeks after administration highly significant difference ( P <0.01 ) ; ② with SHR model group and each treatment group were reduced to the role of the glomerular VCAM-1 , summer knees oral solution group and irbesartan group endothelial cell cytoplasm SHR was significantly lower than the control group ( p <0.01 ) . ( 3 ) of drug-treated rat abdominal aorta after HE staining was observed after endothelial injury have varying degrees of ease . Conclusion : ① summer knee oral solution can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure of SHR ; ② Xiaxi oral liquid can reduce glomerular VCAM-1 expression , has a role in protecting the vascular endothelial .
