Abstract


Objective: Stroke is a common disease , frequently-occurring disease , and once the disease is mostly left the sequelae of varying degrees , is one of the diseases that endanger the health of the elderly . Naoxinshu capsule clinical experience in the treatment of these diseases square , but there is still a potential basis is unclear preparation process behind Quality Control owed ??reasonable efficacy studies needed depth problem . Therefore , this project intends to study the the potential basis Naoxinshu capsule and its treatment of stroke related pharmacodynamic pharmaceuticals reporting clinical data . Method : the active ingredients according to the taste of herbs , and the actual costs and production experience . Determine the dosage form of the preparation , extraction method . By orthogonal experiment method to paste the rate of active ingredient content as an indicator to determine the best extraction process . Try the product , in the preparation process is stable and pharmacodynamic study of the preparation . Pharmacodynamic part of this study based on its efficacy on the main pharmacological effects of Naoxinshu capsule observation: Naoxinshu capsules on cerebral ischemia model , the impact on of animal cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance , animal thrombosis , platelet aggregation rate , prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) , the impact of the stasis syndrome animal model of blood rheology and aggregation of red blood cells impact. Results and Conclusions : Naoxinshu capsule final preparation process : red ginseng , leeches crushed into a fine powder .
