Abstract

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is the highest one of the disorders in human morbidity . Spinal cord injury can lead to a feeling below the level of injury , loss of motor function and dysfunction of urination and defecation , the higher the level of injury , patients with loss of function and more . Spinal cord injury has become the main reason leading to functional disability . Recent studies have shown that apoptosis is an important way of secondary spinal cord injury cell death and inhibition of apoptosis is a major obstacle in the protection of neurons , the repair of spinal cord injury . Objective: To observe the antler polypeptides on spinal cord injury three apoptotic factors . Methods : RT-PCR method to detect velvet antler polypeptide in spinal cord nerve cells after in 2Gy irradiation of three -apoptotic factors , antler polypeptides on the inhibition of apoptosis by flow cytometry . Results: rat spinal cord nerve cells after by 2Gy linear accelerator radiation , RT-PCR detection B1-2 expression rose velvet antler polypeptide group , caspase -3 and Bax expression reduce . Radiation alone group (2Gy) , irradiation (2Gy) , pilose antler polypeptides (400mg/ml) Group apoptosis percentages were 37.10 ± 3.62,20.27 ± 3.03, significant difference ( p <0.05 ) . Conclusion : velvet peptides inhibit radiation -induced apoptosis of spinal cord nerve cells , and its role in gene expression through the regulation of apoptosis , Bcl-2 expression increases , of caspase3 and Bax downregulation achieve .
