Objective: explore the the Spleen' dissertation">Spleen theory and its correlation with senile dementia disease ; investigation spleen to spleen puzzle - based treatment of senile dementia disease , and clinical efficacy in senile dementia disease in proportion ; Methods: The methods of clinical research and clinical trials . Syndrome type collection cases with reference to the diagnostic criteria in Chinese diagnostics , analysis of the proportion of the spleen in the senile dementia disease . 2 clinical trials : the standards into cases were randomly divided into 2 groups , treatment group and the comparison group . Two groups of patients showed no significant difference in gender, age, disease duration , education level , illness severity , etc. , are comparable .
