Abstract


Objective: according to the methods of evidence-based medicine , clinical research promoting blood circulation Drugs for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage systematic reviews in order to make an objective clinical efficacy of promoting blood circulation Drugs for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage , credible evaluation . : The inclusion and exclusion criteria , a comprehensive literature searches , select literature , collect data , the quality of the literature by the statistical processing and analysis , make blood circulation prescription treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage valid or invalid conclusions . Results : There were four meet all inclusion criteria literature . Included in the study is divided into three categories: single herb extracts ; Chinese herbal compound ; Chinese medicine syndrome . A total of 954 patients into clinical trials. According to the inclusion of the results of the literature analysis showed that : Chinese herb extracts PNS on the reduction of basal ganglia hemorrhage patients NDF and Barthel improvement may have some effect ; herbal compound on the mortality and morbidity of acute cerebral hemorrhage reduced markedly effective rate and total efficiency may have some effect ; maimed plus Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage mortality reduction and heal plus mild disability rate increase may have a certain effect . Conclusion : As the literature included clinical heterogeneity exists , research the effect can not be merged , and also blood circulation prescription treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage unified conclusions can not be drawn .
