Objective : To explore the to Shu Liean capsule clinical efficacy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia . Methods: 62 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia , diagnosis based on medical records , inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final choice effective 60 cases , 30 cases of the treatment group and the control group of 30 patients . The treatment group was treated with Shulie An capsules , two each , three times a day ; oral Wenglitong capsule of the control group , three each time , twice a day . 4 weeks for a course of treatment , patients were treated for a course of treatment . Clinical symptoms before and after treatment , the I- PSS , urinary stay measurement , determination of residual urine volume , prostate volume measurement indicators were analyzed . Results: The overall response rate was 90% in the control group, the total effective rate of 70% (P <0.05), Ridit analysis , there was a significant difference in the two groups .
