Objective: The purpose of this project is to be \Methods: The clinical selection of primary hemifacial spasm patients met the inclusion criteria , 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups , each with 30 cases , the treatment time is three courses ( 10 Tianyi treatment ) . The clinical efficacy of the treatment group were scattered thorn with the massage method , the control group were scattered thorn \Results: The clinical observation showed that the treatment group was 85% , the total efficiency of the control group was 70% , total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the total efficiency ( P <0.05 ) . The treatment could significantly improve the degree of facial spasm . Conclusion : scattered thorn fit massage treatment of primary hemifacial spasm with better clinical efficacy , and safe operation, in the case of patients with pain or slight pain , achieve better clinical efficacy , worthy of clinical application . But the mechanism needs further study .
