Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of hepatoprotective pills in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver . Methods : 48 cases of patients with alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into 2 groups of 24 cases . The treatment group were treated Hugan Dripping Pill (prescription : Chaihu , capillaris , Radix, Schisandra, pig, green beans) treatment , the control group, the treatment of liver tablets . Course of 4 weeks . The primary clinical efficacy and adverse reactions . Results : The treatment group cured 11 cases , effective in 3 cases , 2 cases , the total efficiency of 79.1% . 2 treatment groups were not found during the control group were clinically cured seven cases , effective three cases , 4 cases , the total effective rate of 66.6% , total effective rate in the 2 groups , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01 ) , significant adverse reaction. Conclusion : Liver dripping pills to treat alcoholic fatty liver has a good effect , and better than liver tablets , can significantly improve the condition .
