Abstract

With the construction industry, due to environmental corrosion of materials, structural defects and damage, using functional changes, quality of construction defects and other factors, so that the structure of the building in the capacity, durability and so reduce, therefore, on the building structure reinforcement material, reinforcement methods of research increasingly highlights their importance. New steel mesh reinforcement material is a new type of reinforced concrete reinforcement technology for concrete structures and masonry structure reinforcement, high strength, shrinkage, fire resistance, polymer and strong, easy handling and a series of advantages, is a reliable and economical method for reinforcing the engineering in recent years more and more attention. This new type of steel mesh reinforcement has been studied, the main research including new materials, with steel mesh reinforcement to determine the ratio of each component of the new type of steel mesh reinforcement material properties, such as the combination of polymer coalescence theory and micro-test Analysis of high performance polymer modified cement-based materials, cement and cement the improvement mechanism of the mechanism, and orthogonal experimental design.(1)By orthogonal design method was mixed with silica fume and high-performance polymers and fibers in the mechanical properties of composite mortar test, silica fume to cement quality of 8%, VAE emulsion content is 3%, PP fibers and fiber 0.2% and 0.9%, the best mix for the mortar. 28d compressive strength 89.48MPa, 28d flexural strength of 43.39MPa.(2)Conducts the experimental study to the compound mortar’s lasting quality, including mortar shrinkage strain performance, frost resistance, impermeability, crack resistance, anti-shocking and bonding properties. The obtained test result satisfies the national related request and the standard.(3)Study also used the best high-performance composite mortar acco- mpanied with steel mesh on four reinforced concrete beams were reinforced bending experimental study, reinforcement in the form of U-shaped reinforced on three sides. Bending test specimens were measured cracking load, ultimate load, strain and so reinforced. The results show that the steel mesh - high-performance composite mortar reinforced concrete beam can effectively improve the flexural capacity, stiffness, ductility and crack load increased significantly. Comparison of the same deflection in the beam, the beam cross section of local capacity strengthening up 23.2KN, beam bottom reinforcement strain 1389 and 1317, respectively; reinforced cracking load for the 11.56KN. Strengthening capacity of the whole beam cross section up to 27.4KN; beam bottom reinforcement strain in 1983 and 1468, respectively; reinforced cracking load for the 13.10KN. The overall capacity of RC beams inclined section up 54.56KN; reinforced cracking load for the 15.71KN. Diagonal section of local capacity strengthening L3 beam up 45.59KN; reinforced cracking load for the 12.07KN.The full use of steel mesh reinforcement methods - High Performance Mortar excellent physical and mechanical properties, anchored by a reliable bond measures, making reinforcement layer and the original component to the overall force, cooperative deformation, which greatly improved the work of the original components performance.
