Abstract


The United Nations convention against corruption was established five legal anti-corruption mechanism, and discussed the prevention measures are expounded, creatively to "prevention" and "control," tied for narrative, marked the prevention become one of the most important aspects of the anti-corruption struggle, the development of the international anti-corruption crime also proves this point. Along with our country become a signatory of the United Nations convention against corruption, corruption prevention mechanism is preliminarily established, the corruption prevention mechanism research is the rise in our country. This thesis intends to the United Nations convention against corruption for reference, combined with some advanced countries in the field of corruption prevention law and practical experience, in consult relevant research data and on the basis of the relevant departments to carry out the investigation and research, from the legal system construction with prevention of institutions, corruption prevention mechanism of perfect in our country for further study, in order to explore suitable for China's current social situation of corruption prevention theory.
