Abstract


Virtual social and traditional social reality than is a new virtualization and symbolic social system, with experiential, interactive, collaborative, virtual sex and other characteristics. These features Minors presents new challenges. It should be said that China's existing laws, involving minors protected content already a lot, but the care and protection are two different concepts, in the virtual network society, monitoring body, monitoring means monitoring the content has already happened great changes, the traditional guardianship and protection of minors relevant laws and regulations, has been unable to adapt to the demands of reality, strengthen the network virtual society guardianship of minors is not a traditional kind of protection, but from the more open category, with more stringent requirements for the protection of minors made more effective, more precise and more realistic demand initiatives. Therefore, the construction and improvement of our virtual community Minors system with inevitability. At present, China minors virtual community security situation is not optimistic, the problem mainly as follows: (a) addicted to online; (two) Venom erosion; (three) cybercrime. Faced with serious security problems, our current network of virtual community Minors system has not effectively protect minors in the virtual community of the legitimate rights and interests, protect the healthy growth of minors. The face of this situation, construct and improve our virtual community Minors system has become a top priority. Learn from foreign advanced experience and combined with China's specific national conditions, based on this paper from the state guardianship, social care, family care, schools guardianship four levels to build and improve our virtual community Minors system. At the national monitoring level, countries must adopt legislation and improve network legal system, as well as strengthen the network judicial construction.
