Abstract


In today 's world , a variety of public crises frequent , rapid development of China is also facing various crises of final exams . Whether natural or man-made disasters , and unexpected public crisis of public management brings both opportunities and challenges. \the most efficient channel of communication. 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake this year as with a typical burst of public crisis , both experience and inadequate . The experience is that : a rapid response capability after the crisis , reported keynote people-oriented , traditional media and new media communion , domestic and foreign media linked . Deficiencies that overdose caused by too frequent audience of secondary psychological crisis : public information , the lack of ethical concern for a small number of media reporters , traditional newspaper the disaster not see disaster \In a state of crisis , the government, the public and the media is a triangle interactive relationship , must assume their respective responsibilities .
