Abstract


EAST superconducting tokamak has been completed at the Institute of Plasma Physics , Chinese Academy of Sciences building , and began to run . Support of physics research , design and development of diagnostics, data acquisition and processing system - EAST data system . This system is a multi-module distributed computer systems , the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and its predecessor, the HT-7U data system design is based on C / S mode . But the EAST experiments conducted in-depth EAST data system based on C / S mode will be difficult to meet the needs of the experiment , therefore , requires us to create a new data system to improve the system performance to meet the needs of the experiment . EAST data system based on P2P EAST experiment will provide data acquisition and processing . P2P mode , online and offline systems are using the Napster - like architecture . Experimental data acquisition process , the data is distributed stored in the data acquisition subsystem local , and then transmitted to the data server . Online system index server for indexing the original data . PC Client via P2P structure directly access the raw data acquisition subsystem , which can shorten the time of discharge from the beginning of time available to the original data and the completion of data processing and graphics . In the off-line system , the index server management only a small amount of index information to improve the system load capacity , PC Client , both as a client and as a server , you can take full advantage of the system resources , balance the network load tends to improve system performance . Respectively in Linux and Windows environments client program EASTNap index server program and EASTScope . The Universal Socket programming function is used in the program , and by the poll function to manage multiple connections . The program will be designed and implemented in the HT-7 experiment trial . Using analysis, simulation , and technologies such as online and offline systems performance evaluation . Analysis and simulation EAST data system based on C / S Based on P2P EAST data system can greatly reduce the completion time of the raw data of the online system and real-time processing time and can increase the work load capacity of the off-line system , reduce system latency time .
