Abstract


Background With the progress and development of science and technology in social production and people's daily lives more and more widely , particularly in recent years , the development of information technology is changing , it has gradually seep into our social development of all aspects of being . Hospital as special services industries , daily processing a large number of business and the huge development of the hospital information not only due to the needs of social development and the needs of ordinary people as well as involved in the information technology industry, demand-driven , the height of the country's support as well as hospitals actively upgrade are the key factors . Research purposes through a survey on the status of Jining City , Shandong Province Hospital Information System , to understand the construction status and implementation of the effect of Jining City hospital information system to identify current problems and its influencing factors , combined with the characteristics and development of the hospital information trends and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement , and provide a reference for the future development of Jining City hospital information system . Research methods of the city's hospitals at all levels to take a stratified random sampling to determine the levels of hospitals in the Jining City, 12 counties ( cities, districts) 57 , the factors to be considered when sampling : geographical distribution , the hospital level , hospital type , and hospital classification management types. Mailed questionnaire and field surveys , survey analysis of Jining City hospital information construction status . Will the data use SPS11.0 software for statistical processing. Statistical description of Jining City hospital information construction , based on the hospital level , hospital income and other factors affect the use of various statistical methods for analysis of information construction . Discussed and countermeasures to strengthen the organization and leadership , to develop a long-term development plan . 2 , capital investment and information technology continue to increase , a reasonable allocation of funds . And training of qualified personnel , and information technology to create a good atmosphere . 4 , good overall planning and full mobilization . 5 , to establish standards and promote development. 6 , the development of clinical information systems , to improve the economic management system . 7, to improve the security of information systems .
