Abstract


As the social consciousness of energy conservation was increasing, the National Network has raised the question how to save energy more effectively to generate electricity. Now most power plants have run the "power to run the electricity load monitoring systems" and some other similar softwares, which are based on the correlation parameter,e.g.capacity etc.,to control the power generation unit but not based on the practical amoun:of needed electricity to consider electricity generating capacity.sc energy conservation has not been really achieved.In respect of the Administration of Power Supply.they are all equipped with "automatic dispatching system" and "Background meter reading system"."Background meter reading system" can collect data from the power pass meter to realize the real-time monitoring and analysis of power supply and electricity consumption."Automatic dispatching system" can control the power generation unit load through integral calculation of power value obtained from the substation.However,the power value itself is a magnitude of real-time changes, so it is only a rough calculation of power generation, but not based on the data collected from the power pass meter. Therefore, it apparently has further market demand to research how to combine the function of the "automatic dispatching system" on controlling power generation unit and the power analysis capabilities of the "Background meter reading system" and ensure better control of power generation anbacd energy conservation for the Power Bureau.This article describes the application of technology and system components in the implementation process of "power generation real-time monitoring system".In terms of the system implementation. the discussion is made on the key technologies used for eatablishing the "power generation real-time monitoring system".in which such technologies are involved as the application of Multi-process programming and modular design, communications technology in UNIX system and Windows system (Under the conditions of cross-platform). Oracle database processing technology and the application of wireless communications platform technology.As for the composition of the system.what is mainly discussed is the system structure and system main modules of "power generation real-time monitoring system’
