Abstract


Harmonious development of today's society requires , as a part of the community of persons with disabilities should have equal participation in society , but due to disabilities themselves or social reasons , so they have been at the bottom of society . In order to better address and improve the situation of people with disabilities , it is necessary to educate them , special education career started relatively late in China , which makes the more educated people with disabilities can not be normal . Set up distance education for persons with disabilities can be resolved to accept the difficult problem of education of persons with disabilities , as well as to bring about the development of basic education for the disabled , the mode of education and experience of great reference value of other types of education and training for people with disabilities , and to build a lifelong education in China system and lay a solid foundation . Distance education starting from the currently more popular , according to people with disabilities own characteristics and social requirements , seriously consider the development of distance education for the disabled , pointed out some problems in Distance Education for Persons with Disabilities , the analysis of the reasons for these problems , how Web-based virtual reality technology is applied to the solution of distance education for the disabled . Specific content , including analysis of the Individuals with Disabilities Education and virtual reality technology in the application status of distance education , distance education for persons with disabilities to build programs and implementation process . Through the introduction of virtual reality technology knowledge , the virtual reality technology , virtual design process and implementation details . Synthesis design through sign language , and the virtual reality technology applied to teaching , the teaching work can be carried out online , so as to achieve distance education has an important significance to improve the education of persons with disabilities .
